Südtiroler Apfel g.g.A.® is part of the Association of South Tyrolean Fruit Growers' Co-operatives (VOG) that include also Marlene®, BioSüdtirol®, Marlene Bio® and licensed selling of Pink Lady®, Rubens®, Modì® and Kanzi® Evelina® and Jazz®.

Best apple. Best Service. This is the motto which the Association of South Tyrolean Fruit Growers' Co-operatives (VOG) has lived up to since 1945. Formed from 21 fruit growers' co-operatives, this association is now the largest marketing organisation for apples in the whole of Europe. It is a position we wish to consolidate in the interests of our members and customers by introducing: new standards in product and service quality, a high level of innovation in production and sales and, last but not least, the greatest possible protection for customers and the natural environment alike.
This is the only way in which we can succeed in continuing and building on the success of fruit production in the South Tyrol.

To understand the northeast italian apple's production is necessary to know that in "Trentino-Alto Adige" (Region of Trento and Bolzano) with an apple production of 1.400.000 tons (2009), 90% is controlled by 4 groups:

• - VOG (Bolzano province) [controls brands Südtiroler Apfel g.g.A.® (Süd-tirol stickers), Marlene® BioSüdtirol®, Marlene Bio® and licensed selling of Pink Lady®, Rubens®, Modì®, Kanzi® Evelina® and Jazz®]. VOG is the biggest producer with 600.000
  apples tons grown by 5600 farms grouped in 20 cooperatives.
